Coupled with organic cocoa butter to form a protective layer against extreme cold, wind or heat and vitamin E, known for it's restorative and healing abilities. The organic coconut and jojoba oils provide moisturizing effects that will make this one of your favorite lip care tools. All our lip care products are free of petrolatum, gluten, parabens, parabens and phthalates.

How to Use: Simply remove the cap from the Wild Grape Lip Balm and apply desired amount to lips and contours. Reapply as needed

RETURNS POLICY
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, if the security seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return. Gift cards are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not elligible for a refund. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Comfort Way, Whitby Ontario CA L1N 0K5You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pickups
If you selected either of the 2 free local pickup options at chaeckout, you will be emailed with the pickup information once the package has been delivered to the pickup centre.
CANADA & US
Free Shipping On Orders over $100 in Canada and US. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $11.99 CAD (Canada & US only). All orders come with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped you will be notified by email of your tracking number.
Customs & Import Fees
The buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply.
Processing time
Our processing time is usually 3-5 business days. We'll try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once the order has left our facility, we cannot guarantee for arrivals. Depending on events and time your year, the shipping carriers may experiance delays that can't be foreseen.
Adding to an existing order
If you've placed an order but realized you have forgotten an item, please contact us right away and we'll try to include it. If the package has already been labelled and dropped off at the post, we unfortunately cannot ship out the new item without shiiping costs.
