Please note that all carriers have suspended shipping guarantees. Packages may take longer than usual due to high shipping volumes. Any questions regarding shipping times and delays can be directed to the carrier you have selected using your tracking number. We do not have additional information, and are not responsible for delays once your package has left our facility.
All Canadian and US orders come with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Do you offer shipping? Yes we do! we offer a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee within Canada and The US. Signature required is an additional $1.99. All orders over $75 will be shipped at no charge.
Where do you ship? Within Canada & the US. We're currently looking to offer shipping worldwide once we can establish lower rates with a carrier
I placed my order but forgot to add an item. Is it too late or can you combine both my orders? Not necessarily. Contact us right away. If your order hasn't yet been packed and shipped we'll instruct you on how to add extra items.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you help me fix it? Maybe! Let us know right away. If the order hasn't shipped we'll fix the typo before printing the shipping label.
Do you only sell online or do you also have a store? Currently we only have an online store but if youre interested in smelling or seeing the products in person simply click on the "find/become a stockist" tab and see which stores carry our products.
What's your processing time? Because we only make small batch items and depending on the volume of we require 1-5 buniess days. Generally it doesnt take that long.
